What kind of website?

This website is where I post recipes.

These are my recipes. They are not stolen from the myriad food blogs padded with pointless stories and ads, poorly written by Ai or otherwise uninclined and uncaring food influencers; each of them was developed over years of research, trial and error, and burning a lot of shit.

Everything here has been curated and written/edited by (my) human hand to help you learn how to create wonderful and enjoyable food easily. My personal goal is to include at least one tip you won’t find anywhere else in each recipe. Please feel free to share, copy, edit, and use my recipes as you like, with or without attribution.

Is that it?

For now. I have a lot of recipes to upload first, and I will replace the stock photos with my own as I am able. But I have other ideas for things.

With no guarantee of ever happening and in no particular order:

  • Live recipe edits – livestream where I fix bad recipes online, video and transcript to be posted here with graphic comparison of the two recipes.
  • Q&A articles where I help solve user submitted cooking conundrums, could do this on stream too.
  • Recommended cookware and design items, unobtrusive affiliate store if you’d like to support my endeavors (eventually).
  • More. Other.

A word on websites in general

This site will never bombard you with popups or ads, and the recipe will always be top, front, and center on a recipe post.

I will never use generative AI or an LLM to create any content you find here whatsoever.

If I am selling you something I will make it extremely clear.
